Autumn Acres Personal Care Center was established in 1988 and is licensed 120-bed facility. The atmosphere of Autumn Acres is homelike and serene in a beautiful country setting.

Our nursing personnel consists of experienced nurses who administer medications and direct the individual medical plan of care, and nursing assistants who may assist with bathing, grooming and personal hygiene. We also offer assistance with transportation for off site medical appointments.

Menus are planned by a licensed dietitian and served to the residents on fine china in a Tiffany style lighted dining room. Residents are seated and served by our staff.

An activity coordinator is on staff to assist residents in maintaining hobbies and interests, to facilitate friendship and socialization both in and outside the facility. Our activity calendar offers a wide variety of group and individualized festivities.
