Established in 1988, Autumn Acres is a licensed 56 unit personal care community enjoying a serene homelike environment, and the charming streets of quaint downtown Berkeley Springs are just a few miles away.

We are here to provide a full complement of specially-designed services, including the personal care services of our assisted living program. Basic services included in our monthly rent are delicious and nutritionally balanced meals, housekeeping and linen services, security, and a full spectrum of activities. In addition, assisted living services such as medication administration, on site physician and physician-assistant visits, podiatry and laboratory services, personal bathing, grooming, beauty and barber services, and other activities of daily living are available.
