Private Funds – Residents who do not have Long Term Care Insurance may pay for services utilizing personal savings, assets and/or other monthly income.

No endowment or large entrance fees are required. Our monthly rental rates start at a very reasonable cost. Our director is available to assist with payer source questions and to offer additional clarification on questionable issues.
