Established in 1972, Berkeley Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing is a licensed skilled nursing care facility where residents can enjoy a caring family environment. The charming streets and shops of downtown Berkeley Springs are just a few miles away.

We are here to provide a full compliment of health care related services in our skilled nursing community. Basic services included in the monthly rate are delicious and nutritionally balanced meals, housekeeping and linen services, personal bathing, grooming, medication administration, security and a full spectrum of activities. Routine medical care services available include medication monitoring, on-site physician and physician assistant visits, podiatry and laboratory services. Additionally skilled medical services of rehabilitation, IV care, tube feedings, oxygen and respiratory care, wound care, and pain management are part of care capabilities.
